I think there need to be more solo victories. It's worth researching who your best statistical allies are beforehand.

Nanar

For those of you unfamiliar with the term, Nanar basically means that something is so bad it's good. The purpose of this thread is to share works (movies, tv series, etc...) that are so bad they are good so we can all enjoy a hearty laugh. Comparing Online Diplomacy Sites

I've just joined this site, but have played online Diplomacy before at another site. I wonder why people choose the site(s) they do. For example BOUNCED has an unbeatable interface, but far fewer members than this one. Why is that?

Does this mean we should start setting rules for this variety of game? Of course, the site rules will apply. I feel the following list may be good to start off, comment as you see fit:
1. No identifying players names. If it happens, it should be taken as a lie.
2. Target must refrain from identifying their title, even if they lose.

I just typed in "1

6h" and "1

18h" and got those symbols.

They'd be 30-hour (1-day 6-hour) and 42-hour (1-day 18-hour) phases. I like that all the two hour intervals are represented for gunboat games, but I think 36-hours is a bit too long for full press games. I'd go with the 30-hour option all the time.
