I wonder why immigrants from all over the world ever bothered to come to America? All we had to offer in the 17th century were Indians to slaughter right? All we had to offer in the 18th century were Africans to enslave right? All we had to offer in the 19th century were factories to be worked to death in right? Orathaic, I checked the numbers at the immigration and naturalization service in the 1980's and 1990's American enjoyed the 2nd and 3rd greatest decades of immigration in our history as 7.4 million immigrants came to the United States in the 1980's and 6.9 million immigrants came to the United States in the 1990's.
Also "New data from the Census Bureau show that the nation’s immigrant population (legal and illegal), also referred to as the foreign-born, reached 40 million in 2010, the highest number in American history. Nearly 14 million new immigrants settled in the country from 2000 to 2010, making it the highest decade of immigration in American history. Now you are saying for the first time that people migrate to the United States for the wealth there. I would argue you don't get any wealth by immigrating to America at all. What you get is opportunity to gain wealth with your own talents. Your statement that about the poor is simply another red herring distracting from the points you can't reply to so you want to change the subject. You statments about injustice represent still another red herring as is your obtuse statement about making "your country better."

What you can't deal with is the actual fact that millions of people migrate to the United States each decade from all over the world. They would not migrate if they were richer more social justice in their home country. You can spout all the Ameriphobia you want, but the facts contradict your anti-Americanism.
