The problem is you local clock. Sync up with one of the time servers. The javascript that converts the time between server time and your time does a subtraction of hours and minutes, but not secponds, so if you are 5 seconds slow, the turn could run when you still show time left. a sync to one of the timeservers should fix that and keep the two within a fraction of a second of each other.

It's so that the server doesn't have to deal with timezones and such. There is a Master Clock, which is accurate. If you look quickly, you can see the Master Time before the script overlays your local time. If your time is off, adjust your system clock.

Is that easy to do?

Yeah. Just change the clock on your computer.

To correspond to what? Or does, just changing the clock to anything synch it to the master clock?

You need to sync your computer clock so that it is the same time as the master clock.

You can quickly look at the clock before the script loads, or you can just kinda guess how much your clock is off by.

Bring up the clock settings on one side of the screen (or one monitor if you are dual monitored) and then the web page on the other side.monitor.

Refresh the page looking close for the time on both the page and the clock so you can cimpute your current difference, then adjust your computers clock by that difference.

I can't tell you how to adjust your specific computers clock without knowing what OS you are on. If it is Windows 7, click in the bottom right (usually) where your time is displayed on the task bar and a windowed clock will come up with a link to change it's settings. Vista and XP are something similar. I haven't looked at 95/98 in so long and don't know Apple's OS at all.

Lot of good information here, but I thought I'd add just a bit more, mostly a rehash but stated a bit differently in case that helps at all.

The server reports to your browser what time the phase will end. The browser then runs the specified java script that compares that time with your computer's clock and reports the difference as the time left. So if your clock is not in synch, then it will be wrong.

In the clock settings you should be able to tell it to be synched up with a standard time server which should match the time for the server that webdip is running on.
