EM, would be pleased to have you in a full or public press game, let me know your preference. I do like gunboats an I believe that I am good at them. I'm just average at regular diplomacy, probably because I can't help but let players who make dumb moves know what I think of them, which tends to hurt my cause.

If you want to split apart the Mid-Atlantic team, yourad said he would do the world cup on the condition that he does gunboat (since he has little time to commit to full press) and I could do full or public. I have had some success at public before (not the solo kind, but the draw kind)

This meant that in the absence of a Supreme Allied Commander, and pursuant to the availability of dictator, tsar(ina), czar(ina), pharoah, king, queen or jack.. then an emporor must be chosen if that option is invoked as an alternate captain.

If that is not true, then it's simply because mdrltc marked that box next to your name (if such a box exists).
