Rule question!

Here is the situation (actual positions and countries are different, but the situation is the same). If Germany's army in Ruhr supports its fleet from Holland to Belgium and England's fleet in North Sea supports its army from Belgium to Holland, what happens? It bounces, right?

Someone not unpausing a game

Ok so i am in a game currently that has been paused for about 3 weeks now. We as a group decided to pause it for one of the players playing was needed elsewhere in life. however, now we are wanting to unpause it and get the game moving, however our persia is not unpausing it. i believe it may be because he is losing....i am not sure how to proceed with this because it is my belief he will not unpause the game. What should we do about this game?

Say you have an army in Gascony and a fleet in MAO. Can the army support MAO - Spain (south coast)? or does it have to be the north coast? Thanks.

NaNoWriMo 2011

WOW!

THAT certainly has to be up there with the great games all-time in World Series History! Down to their last strike and down by 2 TWICE in the 9th aND 10th, the Cardinals tie it each time, and David Freese wins it in the bottom of the 11th with a HR!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A GAME!

World Map Bug? RIS > Mary Byrd Land offered without

we might have found a small bug in world map implementation to be checked:

in gameID=66192 i (Ant) have tried to move my RIS army to Mary Byrd Land. Chn had a fleet present that *could* have provided a convoy to get there. To my surprise, the entry to move to MBL in the orders menus was placed in between other convoy destinations, but solely had no "(via convoy)" addition, so i did not even ask for the convoy, but assumed i could do this move without any help (land to land).

The move failed, and now as Chn has moved it's fleet away i can't get the option in the destination selection anymore.
So it seems it's definitely no Land-to-Land move, it needs a convoy, but it did not say so in the menu.
I'm 99% sure it was not there, as i just was wondering why this land-to-land-move would be placed among so many convoys, but thought it would be as these destinations just were nearer in distance count.

It's not as annoying as when the Coast in Moscow didn't connect to Armenia or Ukraine, but all three connected to Black sea. I think they fixed that one though. What you are describing sounds fairly odd though, as usually menu related things are correct (unless the option doesn't appear because the connection wasn't programmed).

The two territories have no land connection. The missing (via convoy) is a know problem and I posted the fix some time ago on the dev forums. Maybe kestas will include this sometimes.

If the South pole isn't coastal, then don't the two necessarily have to have a land connection?

Perhaps not all of the world is on the map, and "south pole" is an inaccurate name for that province.

Could somebody please explain why FTL neutrinos imply time travel?

I'm just watching "Faster than the Speed of Light" on the BBC with Prof Marcus du Sautoy and they said this (and break cause and effect), but they glossed over the how. I don't get it. How is FTL travel going to break cause and effect let alone time travel?
