How do you find the order history??

On the bottom of the screen should be

Archive: Orders - Maps - Messages

Click on Orders

The big map indicates the convoy attempt was for Bul, not Con (the convoy arrow goes to the halfway point between Bul and Rum not con and Rum), but Bul didn't try to move there, Con did. That is why it failed. User order error.

We didn't need the whole thing. You can questioned about Rumania, here is the problem.

o The fleet at Black Sea convoy to Rumania from Bulgaria.

As Jones wrote, you should have told Black Sea to convoy to Rumania from Constantinople. Whoops.

Just what I predicted happened from the convoy line as drawn on the big map. You can learn alot from the big map if you just pay attention to the details.
