Well, lets look at the request, sentence by sentence, to see if we can perhaps find some reason for the problems.

The 2nd half of that sentence is an incredibly large dangling participle, and poor grammar to boot. Email in the first half of the sentence should certainly not be capitalized. In addition, 'to sign up'... For what? What are we signing up for? Perhaps there are context clues elsewhere, but in the strict confines of the 'instructions', if that's what you want to call them, there is nothing noting what we are signing up for.
"To ask Questions, post a reply to this thread."
Questions should not be capitalized. 'To ask Questions' is certainly open-ended. Questions about quantum physics? About mythical creatures? What?
