No, it's true. He was actually calling out other posters for being insensitive and bigoted as well as making good points and contributing to a debate. He's at least shown that he has the capacity to be a productive member of the community.

Honestly, I thought he would be smart enough to avoid the bad press that comes with being diplomat, but that's his cross to bear again. There are like three or four people calling to ban him. I don't think that counts as heeding the call of the citizenry. Even on personal non-mod terms I don't think he should be banned. He's dumb if he thinks he can pretend he's not who he is, but as far as his trolling goes he spammed way less than the Durgee Baker crew and he's said far less offensive things than some of the vitriol I've seen spewed here.
