To clarify that, along with not entering orders, if you don't open the game for two consecutive phases, you go into CD. If you open the game but don't enter orders or enter all holds, you'll still retain your position.

If you go into CD, you've "left" the game until one of three things happens - the game ends, in which case your CD nation turns into a resigned nation, your position gets taken by someone else, in which case you don't get anything on your record but you still take the RR hit and lose your bet, or your nation gets defeated, in which case you still take the RR hit and lose your bet as well.

What if something happens and a player has to leave the game. Is CD the only option?

RR is reliability rating. Its a statistic we use to measure how many civil disorders and missed turns you have on your record expressed as a percentage. However, this stat is not finalized. You can find it in your profile.

Is there any idea when RR will be complete?

Sometime after we stop asking for more/less/better-defined rules and 500 word write-ups explaining why people got banned.
