Question:
When you have a group of 7 teams of 4, does each of the 4 in the team play a match against the equivalent players from the other 6 teams, or might you play players in your own team?

it is possible you might play players on the same team as you. which is why it is anon. there are still some things about this tournament that look sketchy to me. i'm still open for suggestions for anything that might help the organization. b ut we are going to try to not have you face team members in any way possible

how about if you assign everyone a number after teams have been set. for instance have the 1st team be 1,2,3,4 then the next team could be 11,12,13,14, and so forth so then you know that a certain team is in the 20's or something. then when putting games together you randomly select one from each group for a game. then PM them the password and such.

or that idea could just be a bunch of mumbo jumbo, who knows it popped into my head and it's late ish

We need a math major... How can we get all the teams to play all the other teams in each variant with minimal amount of games and minimal amount of times they play each other?

no idea i'm a social studies kind of guy! any math majors?

your not too late. a canadian team has a thread below on the dorum. and you could also find the danish/ scandinavian team thread. also the england team is wantign to form a lions team with a player from scotland england ireland and wales. so you have alot of choices

ok denis so i looked over the rules again and they lok good. but depending on how many teams we get signed up i'm going to have to ask you for soem help figuring out who goes on to the next rounds just first place point whise or first and second etc. but that won;t be until later. jsut a forewarning.

secondly psh team midwest is going to beat you both sad excuses for teams. i don't know what your talkin abotu going all the way

well signups start roughly around january 17th. the tournament will start as soon as we can get it started in february.

It seems to me that teams US California and team US Pacific Coast are fighting over Baron Samedi. If Pac Coast needs him I can supply another player and make our team more geographically specific because obiwan, uclabb, the guy I'll bring in and I are all from Souther California.
