Rule #1: You may not move into an ally's supply center without permission of said ally.
Rule #2: England and France may not attack Holland, Belgium, and/or Denmark in 1901.
Rule #3: Neither France nor Germany may move into Burgandy in 1901.
Rule #4: Russia may not move into or contest Sweden from Germany in 1901.
Rule #5: Russia may not move into Armenia in 1901.
Rule #6: Italy may not move into or attack Munich in 1901.
Rule #7: Austria-Hungary may not move into or contest Rumania from Russia until Russia takes control of Rumania.
Rule #8: The winning side shares equally in the pot.
Rule #9: Germany has until Autumn 1901 to take control of Denmark, Holland, and Belgium.
