What were, specifically, the cheating allegations that were made before the warning? The only answer that I got was from Alderian that said that there were several veiled cheating accusations. If I come out and say (and I am not) "I believe that player x is cheating because of...", then I have made a cheating accusation and, according to the site rules, should be punished. If, however, I say "Boy, it's amazing that player x has tons of knowledge of a site that he has never been on before," how the heck is that a cheating accusation? And why does a statement similar to that draw a warning about making cheating accusations? There has to be a line drawn somewhere about what constitutes a cheating accusation and what does not, and nothing before the mod warning, IMO, rose to that level.

@split, silencing a thread called "Tyranny Alert" would be beyond stupid on any mods part. We try to interfere as little as possible in the forum. Much easier to silence 1 person and allow a legit thread to continue then to let 1 person making an accusation ruin an entire thread.

I do from time to time have need to enter into dialogue about serious matters with the Mods and when I do I deal with them privately in a professional and respectful, they already know that but you don't so any comments you make about that relationship are done through sheer ignorance.
I am playing the game and am happy for the banter that ensues, even your high-handed moralistic mutterings are acceptable, as long as you don't mind me laughing at you rather than with you, it's all laughter at the end of the day.

If you say something like that, the odds are pretty high that you are intentionally implying cheating.

From my own experience as a forum moderator, moderating forums suck. You've also got the people that think they are being persecuted and think others are getting away with doing the exact same shit. Usually it isn't the same shit (in my interpretation), or it is and it was handled via PM, or they were under double secret probation and the other wasn't...

OR I'm human and not perfect and missed something. It happens. It doesn't mean you are being persecuted and others are being given a get out of jail free card.
