That's not what I said, and I'm not a public school teacher. Everything Krellin says about me is a lie. He lies for a living.
Krellin magically doesn't believe in generalizations or talking about tendencies except when it comes to his own behavior, in which he lets it rip and always bashes liberals writ large, communists writ large, teachers writ large, trade unionists writ large, government employees writ large, black people writ large. Naturally, he also always calls everyone a hypocrite, in fact his sentences can be summed as a noun, a verb, and either a cuss word or 'hypocrite', in a sad attempt to deflect from his own habits.
What you accuse me of doing, I'm in fact doing the opposite. You want to portray Christianity is nice because a handful of Christians might be nice, and so the entire religion gets credit for the actions of a few. Nevermind Christian support for slavery on the whole, we have to point out the one liberal church that might have been opposed. Nevermind Christian support for war on the whole, we have to point out Martin Luther King. Nevermind that opposition to gay rights is directly proportional and correlated with religious belief, we have to point out the one church that supports gay rights. You are the ones using individuals as a way to deflect from the general behavior of the adherents of the religion. And never ever would consider doing such a thing when it comes to members of Congress, members of the Communist Party, or any other group you dislike. But Christianity gets a pass.
We went from being an enlightened, forward thinking civilization, who valued knowledge, rationality and education above all else under the Hellenists, to be a civilization of obscurantism mysticism, superstition-ridden civilization that plunged into the Dark Ages, thanks to Christianity. But we're to believe the "religion is sound".
Sorry, no.
