Also, fasces, contingent takeover is described earlier. If someone wants to take over a game before a CD occurs, they can enter orders and if the player does CD, the new player's orders process, so one turn is missed instead of 2.

Re: #27 ... another unrelated forum I am on has a feature that warns you that another post has been made since you started to post your reply. From what I can see about this forum, that would be very difficult to add here, but if I am wrong, it would be a nice feature for high-volume threads.
