That is stupid. The point of the game is not to become known for being trustworthy. It is to win. I am not saying being a person of your word is bad, I myself don't stab unless it has been discussed and the person who I am attacking has time to move their armies. However playing simply for making alliances and than drawing is silly. You can try to win without breaking alliances, agree with your allies that once your common enemies are dead you will attack each other.
