How about Welsh, Gaelic or Cornish for the UK?

turkey has to be turkish. it's not that different from ottoman turkish, just written in western alphabet not arabic script, which actually makes it easier for the translation.

another option for england could be irish. lol

And I was only using languages that can be found on google translate. So even though cornish welsh and gaelic would be fun, its not a go. We can try it next time.

Neither old nor middle english works on an accessibility level, nor even on a realistic level. As many British subjects spoke Indian languages as spoke English, and Hindi is the most common of those.

Then the other guy retranslates it, writes his response, translates it to his given language, and posts it.

Then I call Mr google again to retranslate.

English-} French send
Germany translates from French-} English, reads it, and writes his reply in English, translates to german, sends.

We should try to be detailed and expressful (<-is this a word?) in our messages. It would not be any fun at all if the messages exchanged this way were something like "alliance?"

An alternate rule, to make things harder, would be that you can't name another country by name, but by reference.

So, I Austria can't say to Turkey "Let's attack Russia", wich would probably be translated pretty easily, but something like "Let's take our armies North to fight the Polar Bear". That would make things more interesting...
