As far as I can tell, the changes are only in the "Forum Rules" section.

There are minor changes throughout. Including to the formatting of the page, some pictures being gone, wording changed, tournament rules being slightly adjusted and the declaration that jmo1121109 is now the ruler and overlord of webdip if you enter the konami code.

I don't mass spam. I invite people I have played. You can decline an invitation but you don't have to be nasty or mean

20 invites to the same game would be mass spam, Jmo. One invite, not so much. As has been said before; people are free to mute Brad if they don't want those messages (or just ask him nicely to stop).

Besides that mafia game takes up too much space in the forum anyway. THAT is a form of abuse as well

So let's go through these:

-Personal attacks: Can I still call Vash an idiot when he's being an idiot? Can I say brainbomb is being a fucking lunatic in Mafia? Where is the line?

-Harassment: There's plenty of people who make it their goals on this forum to just snipe at each other. See DO/ND, Jamiet/several people, etc. What happens there?

-Sexism/racism/bigotry: These are often a "feeling" judgement, not always, but a lot of the time one person's "racist" may not be the same as others. Who is making these calls? If it's a zero tolerance policy, then it would stand to reason that simply being reported as racist means you're gone. Who is judging this?


It's bullshit if the moderators get to decide all this based on their own whims. It's the same shit you all pulled back when zultar first came in as an owner. I have a suggestion I also brought up back then: let the members of the site be involved in these sorts of things. Have a council of members who help to police the forum and settle these issues by a more transparent process, not just a couple of jackoffs in Moderator chat or w/e deciding who they're going to ban this week.

Isn't the moderator team a "council of members" already?
