Some of us don't believe the rapture will come in the form of bodies magically disappearing. More like their souls will suddenly leave and a bunch of dead bodies will be behind the wheels of cars and airplanes and trains and you poor saps who get to go on living will be dodging all kinds of moving vehicles for the next several hours. :-)

Actually, I can't even say what the pure Lutheran view is on that as I don't really give a fuck and don't honestly believe any of that will happen. I'm more of a "something goes boom and mankind is simply destroyed" like a meteor or the sun exploding or something. That or we do it to ourselves quickly or slowly. @2WL - Last time I rode on a bus, it didn't have a seatbelts. And what the fuck is up with airplanes and seatbelts. They think being strapped to my seat with my tray table up and my head between my legs is gonna save me should the plane crash into the side of a mountain?
