Maybe Obama should be aquainted with every daily killing. If he was given a list of the dead over breakfast perhaps it would keep the matter more firmly in mind. A large bell (in the fashion of the Liberty Bell or Big Ben) that tolls by the Whitehouse once a minute from noon for every murder victim of the previous day would do wonders.

Since some of you are not hearing this. Its about what is turned into a "race issue" by activists and media. And what is ignored as a race issue by the same.

dirge -- the Liberals around here have *very* selective hearing, and a *very* selective sense of indignation/outrage...

When a Hispanic man killed a black kid in self-defense, it was a criminal indictment on the *entire* population of White's in America...a system, engrained racism by the priveledged, blah blah balh.

When a black kid kills a white kid - even when known racial hatred has been presented...it's a hoo hum situation...it's the soft racism of Liberalism where they turn a blind eye, pretend it's no big deal, say it *certainly* can't be a racial issue...and they ignore it, hoping it will go away. It is Racism by the left at its *very worst*, as their attitude implies "It's expected *of them*...it's in their culture...nothing new here..." and they pretend it isn't an issue. They become apologists, they defend the activity with their silence.

When confronted with the un-equal treatment, they say we can't pay attention to *all* the crime...and thereby they show their bias, because the only crime they care about is of particular types...and never black-on-white. They march in the streets and invoke loud hatred when it is white on black crime. They cry their crocodile tears when the next pretty blonde girl goes missing. They declare America homophobic when a cross-dresser gets dragged down the street by a lone troglodyte...and we are all declared guilty for not caring enough.

But when a black kid openly declares his hatred for whites in the public space...and then shoots one in the head? The silence is deafening. No comment on a corrupt culture. No indictment of a community that is allowed to raise such a *monster*. No...nothing new here...nothing to see, nothign to care about...it's what we expected, cries the soft racism of Liberalism.

Do you agree with that? Sentiment as a start - that all dead people deserve the same justice, and the same sense of moral outrage at their murder, regardless of the color of their attacker?

And if that is the case -- that *every* murdered person deserves equal justice, then I propose the the "community leaders" that like to rally in the streets for Trayvon Martin do one of tho things...Rally in the street for *every* dead child, of any color, no matter who murdered them...or they quit provoking strife and creating issues in which they indict all of society of racism because of the actions of an individual. It's time to end the race rallies, and the subsequent violence that *always* results in their wake (google it...how many black-on-white "vengeance" crimes were committed in the wake of Trayvon Martin's case? You can thank black leadership for provoking *those* crimes and murders...which largely went ignored by the media)

But that is the Liberal mindset, isn't it? Society must be indicted and suffer for someone's individual crimes, right? The black community should not be made to suffer...THEY ALREADY ARE BY THEIR OWN HAND! What need to happen is the media and society need to stop being so *blatantly* racist regarding the black community and stop excusing bad behavior. 70% single mothers...there's a start. "Baby Momma" and "Baby Daddy"...wonderful phrases common in the language now because it is morally acceptable to have children out of wedlock...it's almost a right of passage...and *that* is wrong, THAT is destroying the society in which that becomes the norm. THERE is a starting point...society and the media need to stop ignoring the desctruction of the community and have enough courage to call out what is wrong as being wrong - to say the things that are acceptable today are not...kids dropping out of school - that's a CHOICE a child makes and a family allows. It isn't a condition of the color of your skin! It's a personal CHOICE! And it's time people stop making excuses and forgiving bad behavior (often by ignoring it) because of someone's skin color.
