Hey Celticfox, if they ever show back up, djbent and Crazyter are both lady diplomats as well. And they were both quite good. I introduced CT to the site (used to play with/against her on the judges where she would *always* stab me) and DJB was great at timing a stab.

Ooo that's good to hear. I think a few years back when I first looked about here there were a few other. Those must be them. I wanna learn how to be a good diplomacy player like that. I know some is instinct and some is knowledge and some is just blind luck.

The biggest part to being a great diplomacy player is learnign how to sweet talk others. some say women have an unfair advantage. I say they are just smarter and know how to use that advantage. That's why, as a percent of the WebDip population, the ladies have a higher percentage in the top tier. You/they aren't given an unfair advantage, we men just fall for it like the idiots we are.

Hrm see I think I need to let go of this honesty thing I have. At least in regards to playing this game. And yeah I do think a women would have a little bit of an unfair advantage face to face (Given they're playing against straight men and wearing a lowish cut shirt) , but not really on-line.

Funny you should mention the whole "distract them with sex in person" thing. Women try that at poker a lot, even the pros. But it really doesn't affect the better poker players cause their eyes are on you body and facial *language* to see if you have a tell and their brains are in the game.

I had one woman (I won't call her a lady cause there was nothing lady like in her tactics) who kept leaning on me at the table and rubbing my arm and calling me sweety and shit one night so bad I had to ask the pit boss to have her removed. She kept leaning over every time I wanted to look at my cards and was all touchy feely. She got pissed when they removed her form the room (she was also drunk as fuck) but she learned that all she did was make herself a target if I ever came across her again. And I did about a week later when she was on the toher side of the tabel. I cleaned her out and then reminded her about the week earlier by giving her a red chip (five dollars) tip for showing me her boobs all night from across the table and giving me some good boob feel the previous week.the previous. She stormed away pissed and I relayed the previous week's tale to the rest of the table who got a big chuckle out of it.

No no there's an art to it. You don't just flaunt. That lady did not know what she was doing. And on some guys at the poker table it does work.. some it does not. And it's more then that guys treat women differently. Less apt, for the most part, to be a vicious bastard in person. While on line who know what's behind the name.

That's why I made certain to say the better poker players. I've seen plenty of fish fall to lady sharks. I even know one lady dealer who plays at a different casino and even I can get distracted by her to the point I bet big on 6s full when two over pair were on the board (along with my third 6) and all she had to have was any one of four cards to have me beat, and I was neutered 23 years ago when I got married. :-)

Rofl I wanna learn that kinda skill from her. That can take true talent and one awesome body.

Oh, she had the body alright. She dealt one of the "bad beat" hands and the guy who lost not only tipped her well above the norm (bad beats are certain preset hands where the casino pays back thousands, even tens of thousands, they collect in a special pot from all the tables between the bad beats [usually at $1 per hand] to the loser of the hand, the winner, and all the players at the table). Anyhow, she got a good tip from everyone at the table based on their share, and the loser, who happened to be single, wanted her to go on a cruise with him (oin him of course). He was devastated to find out she was married with kids.
