No no no...not a troll. So many hear advocate the taking of my wealth for others. Points are the wealth of WebDip...and I want those people to...wait for it...MAN UP and make sure that we have equivalent wealth around here. It just isn't *fair* that someone else should have so many points, especially if they earned them maybe off games where other's CD's and there was no risk...little different than inheritence from a rich uncle in that case. No...I'm serious...I *want* to be in "high level" games with lots of points but I'm unable, and it's just not fair. I need Points from the Rich!

Of course obvious troll is obvious...but the parallel is also obvious, too...and will be largely ignored by those with:

1. lots of points who

2. want to steal Draug's personal real-world wealth to give to the "unfortunate" amongst us...

The number of pints allocated to Krellin should be limited. He gets grouchy when he has too many pints. And he should certainly never have 100 pints. I think after Krellin's first two pints, his pints should be taxed at a 75% rate, and allocated to BoSox, who I think would be a funny drunk.

But you said people have too many pints. I want to know how to get pints damnit!

Actually we need to do something about point inflation, it looks good when you have thousands of points but they're not worth what they used to be. I suggest we devalue our currency and then peg the exchange rate to the euro.

peg it to the Canadian Dollar or the British Pound. Not the Euro. It's in as much trouble with countries like Greece going under as the US Dollar is.

It doesn't matter what you peg it to....I will just feel a whole lot better if we *hurt the rich*, even if the cost of all the games goes up.

For example, - I think when we join an "x" point game, it should cost "x + T*P"

Where T is a percentage tax rate (increasing with the amount of points the player has, from 0% for anyone under 100 , up to 75% for those with points over 1000)
P is the points the joining player possesses.

Thus the rich players will see their undeserved points stripped away, and they will be distrusted to a communal pot.

If you do not play games, and therefore do not have a chance to earn more point, you will automatically be given points weekly.

Likewise, if you are a loser and your point total remains stagnant or decreases due to loses, you will recieve a weekly allotment.


In time, we will all be equal, and everyone will be HAPPY because they live in a fair world.

Rather, I suggest we implement a points union. The same crappiest players all band together into two groups, with one group deliberately and repeatedly losing points to other group. The current system, of course, ensures they they get "paid back" when they drop below 100. After we've eared 1000000000 free points this way, we split it back amongst ourselves.

PPSC players should pay a "sin tax", with players gaining points while surviving a PPSC should be taxed at an even higher rate. Players who solo in a WTA game with a buyin greater than 100 should be charged a windfall points tax.

I think we're ignoring the most obvious, yet most controversial question: if we start taxing, how long is it till we decide to tax the forum?

I think we should institute a points collective. Everyone's points should be allocated to Kestas for management to the collective benefit. Points from each according to his ability to each according to his need. Then we should use the excess points to mobilize a cyber army and liberate vdip from its capitalist overlords, appropriating their points for the greater glory of webdip.
