I prefer "honorificabilitudinitatibus." While arguably not an English word (it's the ablative plural of a medieval Latin word meaning "the state of being able to achieve honors") it is credited as the longest word used by Shakespeare, and the longest word in the English language (again, questionable) that has alternating vowels and consonants all the way through. I like it mainly because I was able to get away with using it in a presentation in ninth grade because my teacher was senile.

Antidisestablishmentarianism is opposed to it and so is actually a movement to oppose the disestablishment of the Anglican Church.
