A massive thanks to Tantris who has written a new calculator. I am not kidding when I say that it is about 250 times faster than my original process. It also take much less sorting out of the data, which is great news too, because now the start of the month won't mean a sleepless night or two doing all of the Masters, Ghost-Rating, mod and League stuff etc.

So, in short, a great big thank you for helping me out!

It also has the great feature of being able to efficiently create lists for every month a long way back, so I am uploading those. You can find all of the 2009 lists calculated already on my site (in the title).

I shall upload the 2008 lists over the next couple of days.
