I intend no more than clearing the field of Russia and NE before seeking a draw -- unless of course there is some action otherwise. For it seems we have 3 groups of 2 (Q/Brazil, the Africans and Oz/China) and no one pair can carry the day. And a note to the Africans: Q didn't just come my way.....perhaps we should pay him in kind for what he intended.

Libya will crow that I'm cringing in fear to his brilliant leadership of the central powers, but the reality is that Brazil has returned from exams. I am committed to an attack and now need the build/s to make up for having too much force at that end of the world to make up for the attacks that will come from elsewhere. I must attack, where I would prefer not to. A Draw resolves that dilemma. What say you all?
