"I have 1 resign and I feel the need to explain:
It was a 10 day phase game that I started during finals week, it drew out into the summer, and by the end of it I was incredibly busy with family birthdays, getting ready for school, and friends coming in from out of town. Since the phases were so long and since the game was only a turn or two away from ending anyway, it wasn't at the forefront of my mind with everything else going on.
