In that case, I have to follow. I entered this game in spring 1902. France units hadn't moved, G and E had taken BEL and HOL. But otherwise there was little threat to me. When I ordered my armies southward, I was happy Germany didn't follow.

Really soon I was called upon by Russia to join his alliance with Germany to rid the world of England. But as Russia was already very mighty I chose to work against him, in this case by invading Germany. Meanwhile I played along with Russia to get information from both sides and use it to my advantage.

It wasn't hard keeping up appearances, as in autumn 1903 I agreed with England I would bounce G on LON. Instead, I got into LON, making Russia think I took my share of the English pie. The next year I 'mistakingly' blocked Germany's entrance to LVP.

Biggest mistakes I made were in 1905. I disbanded Germany's ENC fleet so he had to retreat into IRS. This caused England to bounce in LVP again instead of getting LON back, keeping him weakened.

Second mistake was the situation in Germany where England was supposed to support hold on Berlin but supported Russia in. Perhaps he still was part of the alliance against Germany, perhaps our communication went wrong, because he asked me to tap Kiel to cut the support, which I didn't; with my plan Italy would keep Berlin and I would get into MUN. Instead they went both to Russia.

When Turkey CD'd the big race of preventing Russia to win began. Our chances were slim, on the long run E and I could push Russia back, but he would have no disbands. While Russia could take all he wanted, Italy was blocked by a ring of Turkish units. When Italy built an army I should've warned him to support the hold on Greece... instead he convoyed, causing the GRE unit to be disbanded.

Overall I enjoyed the game very much, having the room to manoeuver between alliances. I feel a bit sorry for Germany for me and Russia screwing him over. In 1904 I stimulated England to take out Denmark so G would flee to Sweden, creating friction between the allied partners. I tried to turn around Turkey but he wouldn't even react to my messages. Strange thing.

Yes I would love to hear from England on the decision to support me into Kiel. I did some copying and pasting of French messages (with no alterations from what was sent to me) about plans for English destruction that may have created enough uncertainty about France's honesty...
Anyway, thanks for the EOG statement above Ursa. How badly I misread the taking on London and our initial discussions - shows I stil have a lot to learn.
