The feature I anticipate the most is a full-fledged Mac version of Outlook--FINALLY. It will be interesting to see how the free online versions of Word/Excel/PowerPoint fare, considering that Google Docs has been on the market so long.

Mac OUTLOOK! My designers will be in love! They get so frustrated with the limitations of Entourage on our Exchange server. Thank goodness for an MSDN Premium subscription - all the latest free of charge for testing and the corporate partnership allows us to upgrade much more affordably. All that said, except for the Macs, we'll probably stick with 2007 on the Windows laptops.

Funny you mention outlook because at my firm the single most hated and cursed piece of software is outlook. Not just the sales traders or ops folk but even the IT and sysadmims hate it.
Mind you we just upgraded to 2007 and exchange 2003.

Full of bugs, retarded slow searches, address book lookup clunky as he'll, messes up Asian font encodings all the time. Oh and specific exchange hardware that are ridiculously expensive to support it's old and broken model of storing mails in mailbox files for each user.

Make a mailing list that includes the whole company, send a 3mb file and watch your system meltdown as everyone tells everyone else to stop replying to all while replying to all themselves.

We've only just switched to 2007 at my work. I guess we're really behind the times.

Now that I've learned how to use them, I really like all of the 2007 Office programs. I hated it when it came out, but I just taught myself how to use it, I really like it.

A couple things I wish Microsoft would add: The ability to make a custom format for excel that would keep showing up as a default format in the list, and the ability to make certain changes to every new spreadsheet you make. When I make spreadsheets, I'm generally just doing it for personal use and I usually set white boarders to all of the cells to remove those annoying Grey lines. Then I use conditional formatting to put in borders in any cell that has data in it.

Also, in Outlook, I wish you could view completed tasks on the taskbar, because sometimes I accidentally check off the wrong task, and then have to go into the complicated menu.
