A player has had to leave the site due to a medical emergency and he has two positions that need replacing. The games are early and the positions are decent.
I'd like there to be a double elimination tournament on webdip using an everyones a winner variant. All victory conditions at the beginning of the game are anyone who gains a supply center wins.

I meant that we made this game we're currently playing so that we wouldn't have to play an unbalanced game. I'm going to be very disappointed if it happens again.
You would have more luck trying to get our attention by emailing [email protected] rather than posting on the forum. If I'm online, I'll get a sound notification when we receive an email but I wasn't watching the forum.
Generally speaking, please do not discuss ongoing games on the forum. You're welcome to email the mods.
@jmo ... because it's a lot easier for people to get their heads around. The ongoing games that get discussed on the forum are sanctioned and the ones that don't aren't. You can get all nit-picky about it if you want but it's way easier to just keep the content of the game within the game altogether.
Don't Panic Stay Calm Speculating on a hypothetical game, whilst one player missing a move, even the important Fall 1901 move has it's consequences, it isn't the immediate end of the game, the player might post a message, turn up, or not, be replaced... it's usually resolved within the game...draw &/or cancel votes......the Almighty Mods have plenty to do....calm down "Henny Penny" you're flapping about like a wet hen
He whose name cannot be mentioned can be found over at VDiplomacy, one of the things I enjoyed after joining VDiplomacy recently was sending the scallywag a message, and winning 16 draw 2 lose 2 in one V one games

'Our kings' don't do shit, so for all practical intents and purposes we have elected people ruling us. I wasn't mocking USA vs Netherlands/Europe or something, I was being lighthearted about the horrible decisions the majority of voters in many countries are making as of recently in particular.

I mean, to get technical about it, nobody needs permission to discuss any ongoing game on the forum unless they are press restricted. None of the rules prevent discussing ongoing games unless they are press restricted. I just confirmed on the rules page that this is still the case. I mean is it poor sport if I decided to go find a full press game and post advice on the forum for it...sure, but it is and always has been allowed.
Someone just gave me a "Twinkie", the celebrated American processed "cake" product.
It was disgusting. Horrible, sickly, artificial, processed crap. I'd hardly justify calling it a "cake" at all. Why do Americans like these vile things?
