Oh, I am pro-Putin, no doubt about that! But Russian Air Force just happens to be more in the headlines than western one's, so I guessed that comment would attract more discussion...besides, where are you Putin guy from? USA?

USA. Glad you see things correctly. Especially at a time when Turkey is bombing Syrian Kurds and Saudi continues its assault on Yemen.

That rhe Saudi bombing in Yemen isn't attracting headlines has annoyed me for very long! Friends of mine who study POLITICS didn't even know about that until I told them!! Imagine that! Western propaganda machine is working full steam.
But at least the Turks received some serious and official criticism for their Kurt shelling. I don't know how they can't realise that weakening the Kurds plays into the hands of Russia and president Assad, whom they want to oust (from a purely strategical perspective).

US is playing a double game with the Kurds and the PYD and YPG isn't buying Washington's bs. Turkey has been assaulting the Kurds, jailing journalists threatening academics, and assassinating political leaders in SE Turkey for months now and they haven't said a word about it. Instead they hold hands with them and protect them. They deny that Daesh and the other militants get their oil from Turkey. They protect Turkey when Turkey blows a Russian plane out of the air and then murders a pilot. All of this gets glowing approval or is ignored from the western media. The official opposition backed out of the Geneva talks at Turkey and Saudi Arabia's behest. The western media still manages to blame Russia for that.

Turkey has put itself in this dead end for purely domestic political gain. It's all about tapping into Turkish nationalism in order to gain approval to Turkey into an autocracy. Of course nobody cares about Turkey's domestic repression.

I say this as someone who recently visited Turkey and has no ill will towards the Turkish people. I just can't stand their government.

Brainbomb, Latin American countries jail women for having a miscarriage and are forcing their babies to term who have no brains due to the Zika virus. The US has shut down a record number of womens' clinics and is trying its best to either shut down the remaining ones with red tape and smear campaigns or via terrorism. When can the bombing start?
