Some other things to mention on hosting:
I am willing to pay money back to you if things don’t work correctly for you and I can’t fix it either.
You know exactly what you pay for a specific period, and for that period, your space and everything coming with it is certainly yours with no changes in costs after said payment. As I mentioned before though, prices may change, so unless I agree otherwise with you, I may not offer the space for the same price when you want to renew the deal. So basically, if you want a guaranteed price for a period, you should pay for that period or make another agreement with me. The price would be a matter of supply and demand, basically.

Now, webdesign. Right now I know html and css when it comes to coding languages. That’s layout and styling, very simply put. I do know quite some tricks that use other code and I am continuously learning and willing to learn. Basically, I can do a lot of things but certainly not everything. If you’re interested, the easiest way to find out wether I can help you is simply to shoot me a message and tell me what kind of site you want and what it needs to do. Even if you don’t know what you want, I might be able to help if you ask.
In general though, taking this site as an example, stuff like posting threads and replies or processing orders are not things you can do with just html and css. Again though, even if you want all those 3 things, feel free to shoot me a message. There’s all kinds of widgets and stuff that I could use without knowing exactly how to make the code myself, and by the time you ask I may have learned a lot, or I can perhaps find you a guy that can do it or something.

Something I should probably note as well is that I’m a 16-year-old Dutch guy (almost 17 though!). I’m told I handle this quite professionally and everything, but I still feel like it would be more open to mention it. I think it’s safe to say that shouldn’t be a problem since I think it’s safe to say that my English is pretty good and I’ve done this stuff before so I have some experience as well.
