I think the lesson here is that you need to learn how to play poker. You're at a large state school, there should be plenty of kids who can stand to lose some of daddy's money.

This really escalated quickly. Tom(2ndWhiteLine) and I are friends from High School and fellow rounders of our home poker game. Dan-I-Am88 was one of the noobs we took advantage of on a regular basis.

Its a shame I had to move to Vegas away from them. It was really a pleasure taking their money every week.

I am Robert for those looking at Simon's recent additions. My Facebook page is essentially blank right now as I've been busy renovating the house and working and not had time to do anything with it. And everyone should remember that power comes with risk. I never sit down with more than I can afford to lose. So usually $500 on any given night. That's about 2 days take home from my day job so I can afford it. After all, even the best players can hit a bad beat and walk away empty handed and down for the night.

Oh and Simon, happy birthday. Mine is Saturday and I'm going to play some slightly higher stakes poker than usual. We'll see if I can translate higher stakes and bigger pots into more profit or if I bleed off chips out of 'fear' from being in the high stakes area. :-)

That should be poker comes with risk... Also remember that I'm a 30 year IT veteran so I take home as much a week from my Job as. minimum wage person takes home in 2 months. When you all reach your mid 40s, you'll be able afford the wardrobe too.
