Looking for 2 more volunteers for the following exciting projects:

1. Prize Czar- Obtain some creative interesting prizes at reasonable prices.(Funding will be supplied ) Yebellz had an interesting suggestion and I have some ideas. PM me for more info.

2. Snacks/Drinks/Pizza Assistants -1 or 2 people needed to help buy and carry in sodas, coffee, pizzas, paper plates, ice, etc. (Funding will be supplied from registration fees or donations)

Finally there will be Clean Up Duty , which will be assigned to the person who losese the most games!

Biggest loser gets cleanup duty? That just seems like adding insult to injury. I think we should all pitch in. Perhaps, the biggest winners should feel obligated the most to help.

I would like to assign the duty to any player(s) that CDs during the tournament, but clearly that wouldn't leave the job in reliable hands.

also i'd like to volunteer but i will be likely so restricted in terms of movement when there that i fear i will not be able to contribute in the way you want crazy

I can help with the food stuff. I will have a van, just let me know what you want me to pick up on the way and where the best places to get this in the area are.

I would pick it up at Costco before I leave, but that means crossing the border with declarable goods.

Hey, Crazy, the whole bouncer thing was just a joke, right?!

I'll be on foot, but I can help unload the van and clean up other people's pieces off of my board.

No, if someone gets unruly, they are your responsiblity, although I'm sure others will help. Zombie was also supposed to be a bouncer, but he has dissappeared. Most likely everyone will be on good behavior, even if they get stabbed, but you never know. That's why there is no alcohol, I had to pay a $300 security deposit, and we have bouncers just in case. Since Draugnar and hellalt are not coming, we shouldn't have too much problem, but again, you never know.
