Hmm, funny stories. Well, I saw something that left me dumb-founded a while ago. I was driving with my roommate back to our dorm and we were at a stoplight. I casually looked to my left, where I then saw the strangest thing. Some guy drove up the stop light, jumped out of the car, snatched a safety cone that was on the corner of the sidewalk, and then drove off. My roommate and I were like, wha-?... Maybe he really needed a new hat?

Anyway, hope you found that little anecdote somewhat funny (if not, I'll come over there and feed you stories until I find one that works, dagnabit!). I hope you feel better.

Oh, and if you're a geek, or at the least trope-minded, or if you happen to have a spare 2 hours, check out tvtropes.com. I always get a laugh out of that. My favorite trope is the Conservation Of Ninjutsu (Also known as the Inverse Ninja Rule). Basically, if you only have one ninja attacking you, you're a dead man, or at least have earned yourself a formidable opponent. On the other had, if you have 100 ninjas attacking you, you're a veritable Chuck Norris. A mere glare from your eyes causes half of them to faint dead-away.

He didn't need a hat; he was redecorating his dorm room. Another friend and I went out one night to steal a street sign (the road name was my first and middle name). Anyway we'd been out to get it several times and been foiled every time. Finally we were out driving around and Shangri-La! The sign post had been hit by a car and was lying on the ground. We circled the block, parked down at the other end of the street and went into commando mode.
Anyway those little nuts they use to bolt signs to posts are a lot tougher than they look. We ended up running down the street in the middle of the night carrying this sign post as if we were in a jousting tourney. That sign taunts me to this day!

Similar story to Crazy's. My freshman roommate and I "borrowed" a traffic warning barricade with the blinking yellow light. We thought it was a really cool idea.... until at 3am, we couldn't get to sleep because of that darn blinking light. We wrapped it up in towels and blankets, which only made the mound glow instead of blink. Every year when I watch Rudolph, I think of that traffic barricade. ;-)

There was this street sign that got knocked over during that wonderful hurricane year a couple years ago. Since no one came to fix it, it mysteriously 'disappeared'. I happen to know someone who has one just like it in their backyard. What a coincidence =p.

The Stop sign on my street corner has been removed a dozen some times it adorns many a teenager's wall

In college we put hair bleach in a guys hairspray bottle (it was a pump spray, not arosol). After a few weeks he became a blonde, and he was amazed.. and loved it. We all laughed when he always repeated, "I don't know why it happened. I haven't even been in the sun much."

I used to have a girlfriend who died ALL her hair. She made sure the "carpet and drapes" matched. One day she decided to try blonde. She wasn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed (but she was smokin hot, whetaver the ahair color).

One day... she shaved her head.
