Can we get confirmation as to whether the downtime added to the CD numbers if people were in a lot of on-going games as it seems that some people have CD figures not commensurate with the number of Resigns

@NigeeBaby, right now you don't need to worry about the numbers of CD's. I don't have a clue how they are calculated and won't until Kestas is done with testing out the code. For now we're mainly collecting data on the phases before any restrictions are finalized.

I've emailed my thoughts to you and the mods, but I've copied it below as well.

Current Issues:
1) "Resigns" can vastly under count the number of times a player has actually CDed since a replacement or eventual defeat keeps it off their record, and multiple CDs in one game is only registered as one (or possibly zero) resign(s).
2) Adding a CD counter is good, but I think that it has actually over counted actual CD situations. It seems that force CDs initiated by the mods are also being counted. While in most cases of force CDs it makes sense to ding the player with a CD, there other cases where it doesn't seem very reasonable. For example, a player winding up in the wrong tournament game due to TD incompetence, followed by mods having to shuffle people around using force CDs. This caused all three CDs on my profile as I've never actually CDed in a game before. Some others have complained about their CD count being off, so I imagine that they may have suffered the same problem due to the gunboat tournament issues.
3) The profile stats are a difficult to parse mess with performance and reliability stats mixed together.

Suggestions:
1) Provide the mods with a second way to remove players from games, one that does not needlessly add a CD to their profile that they do not deserve.
2) Separate games stats into "Performance Stats" and "Reliability Stats", with the first category being only about Wins/Draws/Defeats/Survives and the latter being only about reliability. This would not only make things look cleaner (like on VDip), but also separate numbers measuring two completely different things.
3) Get rid of the "Resigned" stat. For the sake of the Performance Stats, simply record it as a defeat (regardless of the game ending with the resigned player owning SCs in a PPSC). These are already counted/superseded by Civil Disorders in their Reliability Stats.
4) Fix and/or reset the Civil Disorder stats. First, for players that currently have resigns, their counter should start at that many civil disorders. Second, players that have recently been force CDed by the mods for tournament game reshuffling should get those CDs removed from their profile. Maybe the easiest way to do this would be to just start counting from scratch, but adding resigns into people's CD counts.
