1. The carcass was brought in by several miners who found it while digging. It had been buried for a very long time. Our chief miner was informed recently and its currently being studied by our specialists at Blue Horizon.

3. Congo are willing to trade wood for a re-negotiated settlement agreement. They want the ability to accept new colonists and tourists. They want some ability to build up their defense department, adding vehicles, light weapons, and eventually have some freedom to expand and mine on our moon alongside us.

4. Our hangar produces 2 units per phase. We can make two submersibles if we want. Ir 1 fighter 1 submersible. Or 1 tank 1 submersible or 1 mech 1 submersible.

5. Seaport sounds great. We are able to build that on our shore -OR attached to floating offshore colony.

I think BHG should go after our current research target but the others should still chime in. As for the spider, is there any news on that?

I just received the following report on the spider

"Turkish Med Student Talih:

The creature is regaining some... activity, it seems to have some neurons firinf in its brain. It is contained but its coming back to life, we could destroy it. The spider, has numerous appendages (possessing a regenerative ability), a sensory cluster consisting of at least four eyes on the top of their heads, and pincer mandibles (with which they communicate). Like Earth spiders, they are born from egg sacs that are presumably filled with many eggs. This one according to carbon dating has been buried since the late 1400's."

We believe the creature is from the same genus as the Prawn. It has identical biological traits, pincers, a language and semi-androgynous gender. It is venemous and possesses a bite that can be lethal. It has 8 legs.

Are the Congolese frickin' chopping down our newly created forest? I hope they're at least doing so in a sustainable manner. That deal is terrible. We might as well chop our own wood not least because that should be our wood. What areas and percent of Ynbar does Congo control? Are there any other trade offers for wood?

I think we should produce 1 submersible and 1 fighter with our hangar this phase. Now that I think of it, we've neglected to use our hangar for many phases. Is 1 submersible all that is required to unlock all the underwater structures, or do we need 1 submersible for each structure?

We should contain the spider and send about 15 troops to guard it but also provide a comfortable natural environment within its container so that it isn't too spooked when it wakes up.

We only need 1 submersible. We do have one. Jadran built one before becoming a cylon.

I say we go with wait for it to wake up and try to communicate with it to learn more about its way of life in the past and what happened to its kin. If it's sufficiently sentient, we can even give it to the Prawn in exchange for something, and they could help communicate with the spider. I'm surprised that Blue Horizon doesn't favor option C.

Brainbot: The Congolese are using some wood to create buildings. They dont hae access to steel like we do. Since their arrival they have cultivated (6) wood. Our Jungle on Ynbar is growing at a rate of (2) per phase. Its current size if completely cultivated overight would be around (67).

Much of the new jungle has grown outside of the congo territory and us expanding westward around the ynbar crater and north into the reclaimed areaa Odunlade irrigated and built tree walls around. We can use harvesters to gather wood. But its also a very limited resource on ynbar. Its not growing back a lot. The congo may need to switch to steel asap.

Is the jungle growing at (2) before or after Congo chops down wood? I am in favor of giving Congo 1 steel mine if that means they'll stop chopping wood. To be clear. Is (1) wood actually 100 wood or 1000 wood?
