Trying to figure out why this move did not happen

There is a game http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=62164
where in the last move Argentina moved to Carribean from NW Atl. with support from GoW.
Why, oh why did this move fail?
CAn anyone explain it to me?

Looking for a few more players.

I am looking for a few more players to join my game. It's called Greg's Awesome Diplomacy Game for Attractive People. The password is mountaindew (no caps or spaces). Something is Wrong.

One of my non-chat games has a message thing on it, but when I click on it, it brings me to the game which says that there is no chat available. I'm not complaining or anything, I'm just wondering if that has happened before.

We already waited a long time to start and I will be out of town from tomorrow until Thursday, with Internet access but short on time.
Could you fine people agree not start before Thursday so I can do proper diplomacy on the first turns?

OK, so 5

is all I'm playing. This is a GR challenge game not a big pot game. And who decided it would be anon? We are all about the same GR so there is no reason to be an anon game.

I agree with Draugnar on this - no one agreed to those specs. I'm not joining that game either.

I'd be happy with 5

and anon or non-anon.

Well, I will wait to join until Thursday, so I can do proper diplomacy on first turns.

About points it could be from 5 to 500 for me, really don´t mind as like the name says, it´s a GR challenge. About anon, I always prefer anon because I think it avoid some personal issues, but play non-anon if the majority wants this way.

That's fine with me - if someone else wants to set it. I would say in my defence that I've played in 3 other GR ranking games and the minimum bet was 100

Well, I think I have to take my name out of the challenge. As I said earlier on, I'm starting my summer vacantions starting july 31st and i'll be out of town most of the time so I won't have time to do proper diplomacy. I'll try the next challenge. Have a good challenge everyone!

Anon is required. I know that these players are all well respected and all, but too many times non-anon games bring about unfair bias

While I love non-anon, that's not a deal breaker for me. Only the buyin cost was and that was because I knew I had fortknox's invitational and the leagues shoudl be getting ready to start for summer/fall soon. I can do up to 50

, though, now that fortknox set the invite at 101

Replacement Italy needed

Ghost Rating for the math-impaired

Actually, that's not true, I'm pretty good at math and understand the concepts behind GR/Elo system. However, trying to apply the advanced math detailed at the site is...challenging. An example will follow:

communicating outside of a 'no communication' game

My last attack in an anonymous, no in-game communication game was blocked when two countries worked together. I'm not sure how that could happen when there's no way to communicate in game, so it leads me to believe they are communicating outside of the game.
