and in 2001, black drivers speed at twice the rate of white drivers in new jersey, a study found. this was snot based on arrests, but actual admissions of guilt too. in 2013, the national institute of justice found that 3/4 black people admitted to a legitimate reason when being arrested. even assuming 1/4 are ALL racist (which is entirely unfounded) then that STILL is disproportionately high.

also, the rates are skewed by the number of outstanding warrants by race, of which there are a lot higher rates by black people. most of these warrants are done by local, and very often black, people reporting someone for a crime.

most blacks live in democrat controlled cities, under democrat policies. furthermore, the high school graduation rate: poverty rate connection is a well established one, and black kids disproportionately don't graduate from high school, despite multiple reforms to fix this.

of course when you consider actual widespread problems like the single motherhood rate at 70% in the black community, that data makes sense. when white kids have a single parent household, they are disproportionately likely to fail compared to other white kids.

so why not address the massive spike in the black community from 1960 at 20% to modern day at 70% of single parent households in the black community?

if ALL arrests of black people are racist (there not) and ALL unemployed blacks are racially discriminated against (also not) then you'd expect a 40 single mother hood rate or there abouts. where did the 70% come from?

What does living in Democrat controlled cities have to do with Black kids disproportinately failing to graduate? Failure to graduate comes from a wide variety of social factors that are impossible to change with politics. Overloading jails and prisons just exacerbates single mothers raising kids without fathers and its a never ending cycle. The solution shouldnt be to deny racism is present - it is- on a massive level. The schools for example do not have facilities to handle large swaths of students. Inner city schools are overcrowded, teachers overworked, underpaid, and typically lower skilled because the jobs are entry level high turnover rate. Yer not investing on state levels (not democrat typically) into improving the problems.at all

Read Savage Inequalities by Kozol sometime Yanik. Youll see that Black communities often have lowest quality schools.

at first, but as genetic pools inevitably began to slightly separate, and geographic isolation within the country itself would cause phenotype shifts.

also, "Race" is a weird thing, blacks and hispanics in spain have more genetic similarity than to blacks or hispanics in south america. so just because a few alleles determine skin color, we call that race, while ACTAUL genetics would suggest something quite different

Your knowledge of genetics is to be noteworthy, but you seem to operate on theory only. At this point in time, there is enough mobility in any country for phenotype shifts to be rendered irrelevant. For example, in the United States, there is little difference between a white person of Anglo-Saxon descent in Texas vs. a white person of Anglo-Saxon descent in Massachusetts. While some small difference is likely to develop over the years, this is not enough to cause any major change in the characteristics of each group, be it physical (such as skin color) or otherwise. In order for a phenotype shift to be significant enough to cause noticeable differences between populations, the populations must have been kept isolated for a significant period of time (ie. blacks, whites, east Asians, aboriginals, etc.)

My point here is that there are several races, all distinct from each other, and that we need not worry about the arising of new races. We should instead deal with the interaction between the races we already have, and the best way to do so is to respect the right of each of them to their own homeland.

Indeed, the right to self-determination seems to have been stained with the label of racism over the years by those who push a globalist agenda. I see nothing wrong with wanting to maintain racial diversity on a global scale.

I disagree. Genetics are the foundation of what we are, as individuals and as a species. Obviously races are not truly discrete, but there are genetic commonalities between ethnicities, clustered into what would aptly be defined as a "race." A Spaniard is different genetically from a Swede, but they are closer to each other than they are to a Korean. Thus, we must admit that race as a concept is valid and meaningful.

Also, I never claimed racism didn't exist before the discovery of the New World, and I do not see how that point would have an effect on my argument at all.
