@Moscow Part of the problem of lurking in the last discord was the lack of investigative town PRs. We hopefully don't have the same problem here, as I think it'd be really rough to give the town none with a setup this large, and unlikely even if the probabilities aren't weighted. With a setup where we potentially have multiple ways to investigate lurkers they aren't nearly as dangerous/useless to town unless they act like Chaqa does in Discord.

Warden, it wasn't just discord, it was M25 and before that too. Wouldn't you like to see our investigative PRs scanning scumreads as opposed to lurkers? In a 21-5 setup it's not going to be easy to find scum, and we're going to need all the help we can get.
