- What are the phase length going to be? --- 36 hours.
- Will all games be played at the same time? --- Yes. Each round will be played simultaneously.
- How will players be initially seeded? --- In an even way, based on all-time GB GR.
- I forget if you mentioned that they'll each play every country once? --- Only in the final, the preliminary stages are the luck of the draw.
-Whats happens when someone CDS? --- This is to be determined, I need to discuss with moderators.
-What does max bet mean? How do the points work? --- An initial bet (to be determined based on 'max bet' criteria) will go to a pool that will be distributed to the tournament winners. The remaining games will be 5 , WTA.
-Are pauses available? --- Pause requests need to be reasonable. Please where possible mention them in advance.

Why not make the matches @35 per player (I personally would prefer 50 or 75), and make the pot 10% of your entry points (or a higher %), with a max contribution? No reason to make it a fixed amount for all. More than one player should partake in the super pot - maybe top three of the final 7? Maybe 65/25/10?

I like the top 3 take home cash idea, but 5 bet games allows the remainder to be take home cash for the big winners,

I got Lando's email. I can do it, but honestly, I'll miss a couple of phases.

I'd join, but there's no way I can afford a worthwhile max bet. In the 4 years I've been here I've never had more than 130 .

Was doubting to react.

Truth is, I would love to play. I'm new here (but experienced player), so my GR is infinity and my bet is ultralow. But I would be willing to spend all my points on this tourney, so depending on how much of my points come loose before the tourney starts, I'm looking at a max bet of about 150.

I do see the attraction of high payout though, so I'll decline if I'm the only one dragging it down.

I suggest at least @30 a match. But if the intention is to be more inclusive, I suggest again that the pot be for the top three winners and be a percentage of your points (20%?) up to a max of say @1,000 -- this would make it much more inclusive. This would require at least @262 to enter, but make it interesting for richer players in the size of the pot (though not interesting for @Splitdiplomat with his 5-digits <GRIN>).

I would be into even higher entries, say @75+ a game WTA (@656 to enter), but this is your show, @Lando.

Its like the NCAA tourney, when my team made the Sweet 16, 2 years ago we put a banner up in the arena and celebrated our bragging rights even though we didn't come home with the Final 4/Nat'l Cship.

@josunice _ appreciate the feedback, however, I do not intend to give any reward for a good showing in a single game beyond a split of the 35 . This is a tournament so rewards are to be distributed based on showing in the tourney as whole. in my opinion, to win a game inr ound 1 and lose the rest should net you a loss of all your bet. Likewise, getting to the finals without a solo shouldn't cause you to lose your points to the people who have won the odd game and ultiamtely lost out.

The way the points will work will depend on who has signed up, I explained briefly my idea and I welcome feedback. I will use this to create a system from there. However, I am not sure if asking the richer players to contribute more is particularily fair. I will take this suggestion though and I am wondering what other think of it.
