Is it draug? Do you get more people being more competative when they have higher testosterone? Do women become more competative when they take testosteronee?

I know it mediates agression and sexual desire. But that's about it.. (you drop down to about 10% of the aggression and sexual desire when you remove all the testosterone from a male... So it's not just the T which is causing these behaviours, i just regulates how much of it their is... Like the volume knob on your TV, it doesn't make the sound, but it does control how much of it there is... (in proper old styliee tvs it is just a variable resistor) )

So i don't know what the relationship between competition and T is. But we're not talking about aggression here - this is more like a display of sexual prowess (like some species have huge testicles, so the males are selected for based on how much sperm they can produce... Something drive that sexual selection... Just as peacock feathers are a display (of health and physical fitness) what selection do you think is driving this display??)
