Draug was docked points because he went and did something that THREE mods told people not to do less than one day later. He is exactly the reason we need mods on this site, because he can't be held responsible for his actions unless every single rule is clearly lawyered onto a stone tablet.

I am giving the other mods an opportunity to investigate this premptive and unwarranted double docking. I'd put real money down that I get the points back.

And let me make this clear. Those actions were in motion a full day before the three mods made the declaration. And nothing in the mods declaration said *anyone* would be docked. Finally, the rules of said game said that if *anyone* did the actions I did, the game would be cancelled. So I followed the rules of the game because I wanted it cancelled. I didn't fucking cheat, but you are corrupt.

Now I just want to see if you can actually take the site down Draug. Lawls.

Also, declaring on the forums does not reach all the members. If it isn't in the rules, page, then you are overreaching your powers the same as Barrack Osama is overstepping his by turning Presidential Directives into laws that affect the general populace.

I was plenty of relaxed. I expected a chewing out and the game to either be forcibly cancelled or drawn. Hell, I could have handled being forcibly booted and taking the CD on my record. But preventing me from joining any other games... That's crossing the line. He went straight to shoot to kill without any investigation into the circumstances. He was judge, jury, and executioner in a farce of a trial that railroaded me to the hanging block. I'll put money down that abgemacht didn't even consult another mod about it. He flew off the handle and abused his power and I paid the price.

As a mod, I concur with abgemacht's decision.

OK... like I said, even if that all is absolutely 100% true, threatening a DDOS is hardly an appropriate response. We all know abgemacht is a power hungry douchebag who seeks only to grow his e-peen by banhammering undeserving pawns like you and me (wink) but you go too far a LOT man.

IMO there is a time and point where its fun to stir up a shitstorm, but you should pursue all rational avenues of resolution before you do something like this.

This is true. I often see abgemacht supporting you Draugnar and he clearly enjoys bantering with you. (He even said he missed you when you were taking a hiatus.)

For the record, I consulted the other Admin before coming to my decision. He suggested a harsher punishment, but I felt bad and eased the sentence.

I came after you because I read your post *on this forum* that said I wouldn't like what you did. *That* indicates motive of vengeful intent. You made it clear it was you who did it. I saw some long shit on the game page, but didn't feel like reading pages and pages so I just voted cancel as I saw every one else already had.

There clearly isn't a conspiracy. If someone breaks the rules, there needs to be consequences otherwise everyone will start flouting them. The rules have to be applied - if abgemacht didn't dock your points when the mods all agreed on this action then it would be seen as the kind of favouritism that you criticised him for when you thought Babak's World game was given special privileges by the mods.

It's a difficult position - bridging participation with moderation - and I think mods like yebellz and abgemacht sincerely have everyone's best interests as their concern.
