For those who did not notice, the modifications were the addition of "or in limerick form" and then changing 43 to 47

No, figle. As is clearly stated by rule 1a, rule 1c takes precedence over rule 1 . Therefore at no time may the current gamemaster also be a player, though I may post in this thread and propose rule changes.

What I meant there obviously was rule 1"d" instead of 1 .

@Figlesquidge, yes, i think that it is, since their is nothing in the rules prohibiting voting on a rule that hasn't been proposed yet, fairly stupid, but legal.

Lemon10 comments on rule 311: As the rules stand, the gamemaster isn't a player (and thus can't roll for himself), so he has no reason to cheat in this. In addition, this rule will add a little bit of fun, without much danger for 15 weeks or so until someone gets close to 100, at which point we could change the rule if we wanted too.

Question for Gamemaster: Are Rule Changes voted on at each ballot deemed to be adopted/rejected simultaneously? Specifically, do Rule Changes which are adopted apply to the voting for Rule Changes with a higher RC number being considered in the same ballot? The way I read the rules at present, all RCs which are passed are adopted effective 12:00:00 AM UTC.

@figle: My understanding is that once immutable rules undergo transmutation, they can be amended or repealed. In fact, Rule 1e says so explicitly! Is this what you were asking?

TBroadley proposes Rule Change 312: that rule 2b be modified to read, "The punishment for breaking any of the rules is determined by the Gamemaster and can range in severity from nothing to immediate revoking of the rulebreaker's player status."
