The Commonwealth would suggest that it would serve both our countries best interests for you to provide them with some "Panzers for Peace" rather than some "Destroyers for Diplomacy" (Meta: I couldn't resist...) Similarly, the English Navy will not conscript any units in London, although the Army's recruitment tactics may differ.

Look one post up and you will see that I am canceling an invasion of France, and moving towards Austria on the notion of putting down civil disorder. How ever, if austria respons then I shall just be enjoying the sites in and sounds of Tunis and my humble Italian abode.

Germany moving to attack me via tyrolia is never a good plan to suggest England. If they realize that you are suggesting germany set up a wall between frace and his potential expansion, you are a warmongering profiteer. The only one who would gain from that is you as you could snatch them up from behind as they fight it out.

GERMANY:

The Reich is very worried the Habsburgs have not stirred nor have engaged in diplomacy. Fear is that as no order is present, neighbouring nations will rush in. We strongly urge our brother to action, at least in defense. Luckily no power will as yet be able to defeat the Austrian garrisons.

We thank France for keeping our agreement and wonder how this Italian conflict will work out. If there is to be any help needed in maintaining order we will gladly assist.

To England: our forces stand at the ready to escort Her Majesty in. Please don't leave them dissapointed.

I will compromise with my Western Counterparts I will allow German Military attaches decide the building of the second unit in Russia in return England and Germany must accept Russian occuption of Budapest as fait accompli. Russia has no comment at this time on Vienna nor the treaty with France. The Tsar would like to call a summit between Russia, our ally Turkey, and the Italians about the Balkans and Austria.

I see...two armies will be built one in Warsaw and Moscow.
