First: Uh, I'm confused, are Wehrmacht and Kreigsmarine the same person? I thought the person who made the original comment was Wehrmacht, but Kreigsmarine defended it, then Wehrmacht... I'm lost
Second: If we're getting into freedom of speech, sending a message on this site does not constitute "forcing him to see it", he didn't have to log onto the site. He did so knowing that he would receive messages from perhaps unsavory people. However, freedom of speech does not extend to lewd or grossly inappropriate things as judged by your peers. Just like you can't go into a kindergarten and yell Nazi propaganda. However, peers does mean that something not okay in Detroit (just an example) might be okay in Miami, depends on the local culture. As such I think the general topic of racist comments has been condemned by the community as a whole, and so can be made against the rules of the site with no worries to "free speech". Not that it's anything but Kestas' call anyways. And I'm not talking about punishment for this issue, he apologized (I think, see the first comment) so I'm willing to let it go.
