Well given people can never be relied on to participate (as we don't even have game bans or any relevant way to stop this), I think it ought to be the GM's main duty to not punish, but to maintain the integrity of the game - whatever that takes.

1. This is not the place, or the time, to engage in an extended debate about the rules. The rules were made VERY CLEAR to every player before the game even commenced. It is my duty to apply then consistently now.
2. I have sent a PM to all four players who have not met the post/vote minimum requirements. I did not have to do that. I would also like the game to proceed and to flow with as much participation as possible, I assure you.

It really isn't, it is your duty to maintain the integrity of the game - which means amending the rules to make sure there isn't a large imbalance on the original balance of the game. You know I fought for Teacon to not be modkilled either - it doesn't matter at this stage of the game if they post or vote or not. I get that you're all about the rules blah blah blah, but I'm just saying it is unnecessary and if it is going to be game deciding does not need to occur. Otherwise, we ought null this game entirely from the record because it was not played out to its fullest (like, we lose TWO town to modkills? not cool at all - even if scum lost one of their own it wouldn't be fair to them).

I understand you want to just follow the rules you laid out, and that is fine - But I think if mod kills decide the game then this game should be nullified from the records. I'm having fun so far and would hate for that to happen. I'm not attacking you Jamiet, I think you're doing a solid job - I'm just stating my opinion.

GM NOTE: DO, I understand your view but in that case the last game should also be struck from the record, because Guak (who had a key Mafia role) just went missing for several days and contributed heavily to a Mafia loss. Again, this is a debate for after the game. The post and vote requirements in this game were put in place to penalise non-participation and were approved by the Council. I cannot just ignore them, even if it might lead to a slightly more balanced result today.
