Hello everyone after reading your scum for 4 hours I have realized that webdip has a interesting version of mafia. Sorry again for not participating the first day and so I did not realize the game has started. Also sorry but more or less I will be the village idiot it all seems you are all very smart and can piece all of this shit together much better as I can.

Enough for apologies, we have to either kill or ignore Espi it's that clear he is not helping he is hindering and yall have to get that into your heads we have to spend more time on other people. But I would like to have y'all's thoughts before I vote on him. Reason~ if we can ignore him until we get more information we might want to hang someone else

@Slacker - any thoughts on people not named Espi? And do you actually think he's scum or is he just distracting?

Also since I am not completely sure how this game is played on here I will ask a question. This might be a completely wrong thing to do but I would like to see how it would work out. ** a town meeting was called for laws on gun control, what would y'all's thoughts be if guns would be banned in our 21st century town?

@ND: when have I tried to end discussion? I have tried to steer discussion back to scumhunting from the netherrealms of the no lynch discussion - a waste of time.

@TrPrado: bo's reads are pretty lame. There are no explanations as to why the people he says are scummy are scummy. Basically he says things like oh he is being lazy and I think being lazy is scummy. But he does not really explain why being lazy is scummy. All of his reads are like that. I can actually argue that being lazy is usually townie behavior as most mafia men are quite active trying to influence the town. I understand that we all do this at times, but if you have long lists of reads nobody will question this, while when you are reading only a couple of persons, there will be more interactions and more back and forth confrontations where this will be defined.

For example, I am saying that Saladin is scum because he is advocating pro-mafia procedure with the no lynch vote. I may not have explained initially why that is pro mafia, but have since been engaged and have thus explained with more detail the reasoning. I also said that Saladin is scummy because he did not read my initial post saying voting no lynch is scummy. I said that is scummy because mafia do not read the whole thread. I already gave an explanation but someone can come back and ask me why doesn't mafia read the whole thread and I will explain further. But when you offer no explanation whatsoever that read is as good as no read.

Thus, long read lists that offer not much info are no good. If you do a complete read list with a high level of detail then that is ok, but since no one really does that, I am insisting that it is better to get only two or three good reads in than 12 crappy ones.

@Guak - you didn't give an explanation before he started saying it was a good idea to no-lynch. You literally said that no-lynching was scummy and nothing else.

@slacker your response seems very lack luster. Although you weren't here for a lot of this, it should give you a better analysis as you are not involved in any of the previous discussion. Why me and not any of the others that have been mentioned? Perhaps you are trying to lure scum by taking away their weapons, but that really won't work in a game like this.

Also, what makes you the village idiot, if anything that appears to be me more than anyone else. What have you done to indicate you don't have anything good to contribute?

Were I a player just joining in, I would be doing my best to read over the last few pages and begin asking questions and posting reads, if only to give a new take and put some effort into the game that you have missed. Your comments about not being able to contribute, and wanting others opinions before you even vote or read is bothering me for some reason.

What do you think of the game so far? Is anyone else, other than me, sticking out to you? What did I do that made you pick my name out of everyone elses?

Any opinions on Slacker's entrance? IMO he hit the newb card pretty hard in his opening remarks, and asking for others' thoughts on Espi before the vote is a bit lazy. I don't like how he has no other opinions besides Espi either despite rereading the thread

Why would I need to explain why it was scummy before anyone talked about it? I explained it after. Saladin insists that no lynch is the way to go. That is why I am voting Saladin. Plus, how can you accuse me on tunneling when we are on page 16 and I have already had two suspects? Also, jokeposting in first 10 pages is OK, after that it becomes shady. So jokeposting on p50, not ok. On page 7, who cares? It doesn't matter when others stopped jokeposting. Makes no difference whatsoever.

Now, what I wonder is why are you defending Saladin? What has he ever done that makes you think he is town? Genuinely curious here

DL: I think one of the biggest things that stands out to me on his entrance was his exclamation that we pretty much need to go gungho and focus almost solely on Espi for distracting town and leading us away from looking at others. I don't like that train of thought. It seems self-defeating and contradictory, as well as not well-developed, so my vote stays for now.
