Irsay is so bad at building teams that two of the greatest quarterbacks ever drafted into the NFL fall into his lap and he surrounds them with incapable front office management, incapable coaching, and poorly constructed rosters. Peyton had more fourth quarter comebacks than I care to recall and Andrew Luck is shaping up to having to pull off the same type of miracles. It's only a matter of time until we have Curtis Painter and Kerry Collins for more than half a season apiece.

I couldn't agree more. Irsay should have fired Pagano and Grigson in the off season, instead he brings both of them back. I would love to see an entire front office overhaul, with the Colts also being bought out and owned by someone competent.

In fairness, he has come up with a few gems but those were the work of Bill Polian and Tony Dungy, who both deserve to be in the HoF. Plus, he would have two Super Bowls if Jim Caldwell weren't a terrible playcaller.

I teach Art at Missouri State University. I havent met anyone IRL from webdip but I would. I travel to Chicago, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Montana.
