Okay so the plan I am currently proposing: loose plan, please feel free to chime in.

Invest the 800 steel in the Machine shop and have the Engineer (Oztra rush the construction). Then research "Advanced Harvesters" I will rush the research on the harvesters. This will put us in a position to then build our first mine next phase and have a reliable source of metal. Thoughts? For food we can just have our people fish for now, and allow the recycling tech to progress normally.

This would require we :
-Build machine shop
-Reserach Harvesters
-Engineer rushes shop construction
-Scientist rushes harvester construction

Now, I have a thought which can kill two birds with one stone.

For the IPBM , if we nominate the cyborg to go forward with option A our outcomes are:
Fail: Cyborg dies but crisis averted 66%
Success: Cyborg lives criris avered 33%

In the event the cyborg dies (he will come back as another player card, or atleast thats what the initial game invite says happens to dead players) and then we don;t even have to worry about the recorder.

If the cyborg lives i want permission to remove the recorder.

In regards to the russians we need to find out what they know and how friendly they will be. I am open to having an ally especially if we have a country spying on us and another trying to bomb us.

Yeah. I think misunderstanding we can solve this through communication. I also have a proposal for dealing with the crisis, and I'm going to propose it since I'm effectively proposing it anyways.

re IPBM: I can strap C4 on the side of the warhead. when it goes off it will likely disable the detonation circuit. also, the explosion will change the course of the missile and it may miss the planet completely.

@tweeters- i didn't propose that, thats a question for brainbot.

billb- i don't think thats a good idea. what if the C4 just alters course then we have a rogue nuke going somewhere on our planet. I really like plan A from the options, its simple and the only negative is someone dying which is easily addressed when they respawn.

4. If 98% of the planet is desert, does that mean that all the seas and forests account for only 2% of the surface of this planet?
