My idea for the tournament is outlined as follows. Please keep in mind depending on how sign-ups go, things may change.

The tournament will be set up in 3 rounds, we need an amount of players divisible by 7. I think 28 is probably an appropriate number.

In the first round you will play 7 games against the same 6 people. Based on the ranking of these various "pools" the field will be cut in half. The second round will progress the same way and the field will again be cut in half.

The first two rounds scoring will be very basic (probably x points for solo, x-1/n for draws).

The final round will be the top 7 players playing 7 games once as each country. The final round will determine a winner by most number of solo wins. The tie-break (unless there is resounding opposition) will be total centres (counting equally from draws and survives, 18 for each solo which is then irrelevant).

I intend to make this tournament have a HIGH payout. As such, there will be 5 point games and a X D buy-in. So, please list your minimum bet.

Final roster will be determined by gunboat GR - all-time ranking. I will also reserve up to a mximum of 8/28 spots for "Lando's Exemption" players. I may pay the buy-in where necessary to keep a great player in the tourney.
