Another question I got from talking to my friends...

In a time where websites like Facebook and twitter are constantly updated with the day to day expieriances of our lives, should Colleges use these personal and public internet sites to determine the enrollment of their students?

Although the basic movement is upwards, some of the players in the higher Leagues owe their positions, in part, to simply having been in at the beginning. It will take a few seasons to get this truly sorted. I agree that some of the B groups look very strong right now.

So how is the C-D-C change going to work this time? With three C-leagues and five D-leagues, I could only see a feasible bottom 2 from each C trading places with the winners and best of the 2nd placers in the Ds. Unless you want to make nearly half the C-League move down and bring all but one of the second place D-leaguers up.

C1 and C2 look to be quite challenging as well. I only really know airborne (and myslef of course) in C3, so can't speak to how challenging it will be...

Goldeye, yes and no. Yes it is too late to get a spot. But you can email TGM to be put on the waiting list. Odds are good that someone (or two or three) will drop out of the lower leagues allowing someone on the waiting list to join. That's how it went last season at least.

Ouch... So almost half of the C league will drop to D. That seems harsh. It's your leagues, but why not 6 by 6?

Draugnar, movement is good, stagnation is bad. Just my opinion. Plus, with some players not coming back the next season you could be in the bottom 3 and still stay.

Thucydides, yes. Go to TGM's profile to get his webpage link. Go there and look up the ghostratings. Use the browser find in page function to find your opponents name to get his profile ID. Then plug that in back here. Not the easiest thing in the world, but doable.

Plus once the first game starts you can just go to their profiles from their usernames in the game.

Denver Broncos slide to 6-0

after defeating their closest division rival sending the chargers to 2-3, a nice 3-4 game divider. its nice to see denver as 1 of 4 undefeated teams and with kyle orton having thrown only 1 pick this season. 13 more wins to go!

Didn't actually take the territory?

I moved an army from Marseilles to Spain, then to Portugal. When I got to Portugal and the Autumn '01 phase ended, I realized I didn't actually get credit for taking the territory at Spain.

Playing Face-to-Face

I've just got a Dip set in RL, and have been introducing all my friends to it.
However, I've been acutely aware of how much more difficult the actual diplomacy is than on a site like phpDip. Any tips?
